Overview:
The Front Office Mangements course introduces students to the essential functions and duties of the hotel front office. It focuses on guest interaction, communication skills, reservation basics, check-in/check-out procedures, professionalism, grooming, and customer service. Students will learn how to handle inquiries, use basic hotel forms, maintain guest records, and perform front desk tasks through role-plays and group activities. Practical exercises are used to develop confidence and teamwork.
